noisy air conditioning uncomfortable sunbeds

My room's air conditioning was quite loud and did not cool effectively. The room remained warm. The pillows lacked support, and requests for alternatives yielded no improvement. I also noted an issue with the comfort of the sunbeds. Their design seemed to cause a rash on my arms and legs. Perhaps the beds require fumigation or replacement..

The hotel has a very convenient location. The pool area is really nice. My daughter especially loved it. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They provided good service.

the pool bar became a regular spot. drinks were good, and it had a relaxed atmosphere. breakfast included a wide variety of options, so everyone found something to eat.

i noticed ants in the room, specifically around the cups. pest control should really be done more often.
